Donna Crampsie

Donna Crampsie was admitted onto the Roll of Solicitors in 2010 and joined the firm in 2017 having gained 7 years’ experience in general practice, in the areas of Personal Injuries Litigation, Conveyancying and Employment Law, where she has acted for both Employers and Employees.

Donna has extensive experience in both Residential and Commercial Property transactions including dealing with Estate Planning, Wills, the Administration of Intestate Estates, together with, applications to the Probate Office in respect of contentious probate matters.

Donna’s focus is on achieving the best results possible for our clients, by direct consultation, in an effort to minimise the stress involved in legal transactions.

Niall McWalters

Niall McWalters graduated from University College Dublin with an Honours Degree in Civil Law in 1995. He qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and immediately took up a position with O'Gorman Cunningham & Co. Solicitors LLP upon qualification. In 2006 he was made a Partner in the firm.

Niall's main areas of practice are litigation including plaintiff personal injuries and defence personal injury work, ranging from the District Court, Circuit Court and High Court, Conveyancing, Probate, Wills and Administration of Estates, Family Law.

He has been the secretary of the Donegal Bar Association for the last eight years. His interests include Gaelic games and indeed all sports and away from work is kept busy with his young family.

Michael Cunningham

Michael Cunningham is the Managing Partner at O'Gorman Cunningham & Co Solicitors LLP. He holds an Honours Degree in Civil Law from University College Dublin and was admitted to the Roll as a solicitor in 1977. He has been a partner in the firm since its inception.

Michael specialises in all forms of litigation and has been involved in many high profile and reported cases over the years. He is a member of the International Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and has wide experience in dealing with all types of litigation in Ireland and the UK.

Gordon Curley

Gordon Curley is a native of Athlone. He graduated with a B.A LL.B from University College, Galway in 1993. After graduating as a solicitor in 1996 he moved to and settled in Letterkenny after joining the ranks of O'Gorman Cunningham & Co. Solicitors LLP.

He was made a partner in 2006. Gordon practices in most areas of law but specialises in Commercial Law, Conveyancing Law, Employment Law, Administration of Estates and Family Law.

A proud former rugby player for the province of Connaught, Gordon has been heavily involved in the coaching and promotion of rugby in Donegal for the past 14 years.
